Anna Duggar appeared briefly in "Counting On" episode last October 11. While the "19 Kids & Counting" spinoff series showed the happy moment of Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo getting engaged, Anna Duggar looked miserable in the short time she appeared in the show. It seems that she hasn't totally gotten over Josh Duggar's infidelity.
'Counting On' Recap: Jinger & Jeremy Got Engaged
In Tuesday's episode of "Counting On," fans saw Jeremy Vuolo surprisingly popped the question to Jinger Duggar. While the Duggar family celebrates the happy engagement, Anna Duggar appeared forlorn, according to Stir. While the main event was Jinger and Jeremy's engagement, fans were gripped with Anna's genuine confession. She revealed how devastated she was in the past 18 months since Josh Duggar's scandal broke out.
Anna also confessed that she'll be missing 26-year-old Jana if she gets married or moves out of the house. "Jana has been such an encouragement and such a rock this past year of my life," Anna said to the "Counting On" cameras. "She is such a treasure, and she will make an amazing wife one day." Jana has been dubbed as the Cinderella of the Duggar clan, preferring to stay at home and take care of her younger siblings.

Is Anna Duggar Pregnant?
Following her emotional outburst in "Counting On" episode last Tuesday, Anna Duggar was speculated to be pregnant. While the Anna and Josh admitted seeking professional help to for their marriage, a suggestion of a fifth child was also made. After what they've suffered together, there are suggestions that another baby could save their marriage. In fact, she was spotted sporting a hint of a baby bump during Tuesday's episode.
Josh Duggar is reportedly selling used cars to take care of his growing family. GamenGuide previously hinted that the Duggar family may ask for Josh to return to air. However, an insider from People confirmed that TLC won't allow the "19 Kids & Counting" star to return to the show.
