Konami has confirmed that the 25th Anniversary Edition of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will be exclusive to the PlayStation 3 at launch, after a New Zealand shop listed the game for Xbox 360.
This is why Konami is respectable. When a retailer tries to hedge its bets and start accepting pre-orders for a game on a platform that hasn't been announced yet, it's refreshing to see the developer of the game come in and tell consumers what's what.
Nothing new has been announced yet for the 25th Anniversary edition that would make it different than the version that was released (save for the trophy update) in 2008, but for a walk down memory lane, you can check out the "official features" from Konami in the description below.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the final chapter in the saga of Solid Snake which sends him around the world in pursuit of his arch nemesis, Liquid Ocelot. MSG4: Anniversary Edition is expected to be released this December.
