The OmniCorp of 2012 sure is different than the "near future" Omni Consumer Products of 1987's Robocop. But that's the purpose of a reboot, and that's what we're getting with the new RoboCop coming next year.
The viral site for OmniCorp features two designs: an aerial drone and a sleeker version of the ED-209 secuirty droid that still doesn't look like it can take the stairs. There's no direct mention about the RoboCop program, except for that little image promising the "RC-2000" that can't be accessed.
The reboot finds Samuel L. Jackson, Hugh Laurie and Gary Oldman all as original characters--at least with different names from the original film. The man in the suit will be Joel Kinnaman, who is best known for his work on the AMC show, The Killing. Aside from the fact that Alex Murphy will suffer horribly and there'll probably be a massive fight between the new 2013 RoboCop and ED-209, there's only one thing we can be sure of with this reboot.
We'd totally buy it for a dollar. And this better stay in the film, Corporate Hollywood. Or else!
