Gordon Freeman finally joins the same pantheon as Marcus Fenix, Master Chief, Pac-Man and most of the Mortal Kombat franchise. Not a Game of the Year package, but more of the blister kind--he's finally getting an action figure.
The Dr. Freeman action figure stands in at seven inches and with 20 points of articulation to bash in head-crabs. Speaking of, he comes with two removable hands, a bugbomb, Gravity Gun, removable head-crab and iconic crowbar. The figure's being released in a package of six with no word on variants or rare packaging. Proposed date, as of now, is for September 2012.
So if you're going to Comic-Con in San Diego, there's a good chance you could find a prototype of the good Dr. Freeman sitting on the show floor at the NECA booth.
