Behind the Scenes for the live-action Metro: Last Light trailer

There are a few mind-blowing moments in the behind-the-scenes short about the Metro: Last Light short trailer that came out prior to E3. But our biggest surprise is that the director of photography was the same from Ridley Scott's Prometheus, just in case you thought a pre-nuclear wasteland looked suspiciously like an alien world filled with black goo and space ships shaped like crossants.

Other brief bombshells include the ad-libbing of the nursery rhyme sung during the trailer, the demo reel for the insane preacher (who really does seem insane) and that the baby used to portray young Artyom was the Metro Guard's actual son. From there it's a general discussion about how depressing the Ukraine can be and how effective that is when presenting Moscow seconds from being thrown into a nuclear wasteland.
