In the promo video, Stan Lee proves you will believe a man can swing. The Co-Creator of Spider-Man is a playable skin complete with his own lines ("I can't wait to tweet this!") as he plays the same as the in-game Spider-Man. It's a nifty unlockable, and one that is only avaliable as a pre-order bonus from Amazon until the inevitable DLC is released later this year.
Lee's "plot" involves him hunting down the comic pages that you can find in the open-world of New York. Only now Lee has all the powers of a radioactive spider, including wisecracks and able to pull off lucha libre moves at the ripe age of the 89-year old genius. Now take a look at what you'll be missing out on if you don't get the pre-order in before next week.
