Dark Knight Rises Roundup: New TV Spot, Video Games, Music Soundtrack

 With The Dark Knight Rises coming to theaters soon, the latest TV spot has revealed more details about one of the most anticipated movie of the year.

The 34 second ad showed interaction between Commissioner Gordon and copper John Blake in a conversation. "When you cleaned up the streets, you cleaned them good," says Blake. "Pretty soon, we'll be chasing down overdue library books."

In the ad we also see Bruce pleading to Wayne Enterprises CEO Lucius Fox to get him back in the game. Though we do not know just from the TV spot in which sequence the scenes would happen, though we expect to see more actions along with increased hype to the film.

Well, so much so has been done to market the movie making sure that every area has been tapped leaving no stone unturned. Warner Bros. has announced the launch of "The Dark Knight Rises" browser-based real-time strategy game titled "The Fire Rises" on June 19.

"On Tuesday, June 19th, join Bane's mercenary forces in THE FIRE RISES, a real-time strategy game where you can lead Gotham City's underworld characters in a powerful uprising. More levels will be unlocked leading up to the release of The Dark Knight Rises," according to the Facebook page of TDKR.

In the game, players will take the role of Bane's henchmen to loot valuables from the Gotham's city several targets given on the map as they attack Gotham's security officers. New locations and crew members will be made available as players loot more items.

"The Fire Rises" would come with eight crew members and would eliminate enemy forces. It would include a variety of melee, mid-range, and far-range attacks and players would have to support allies with healing capabilities, demolitions knowledge, or quick capture speeds.

In addition to "The Fire Rises," The Dark Knight Rises will see another game except this will be a mobile game version for Android and iOS device.

Developers Gameloft has collaborated with Warner Bros. Games and DC Comics to bring out a mobile game version. A teaser has gone online which reveals what the game may apparently look like.

The Dark Knight Rises Mobile version game may feature open world gameplay as Batman travels through Gotham City fighting evil.

Details of the game and its release date is still unknown though according to speculations the game may come around the same times as the movie debut.

Warner Bros. has also teamed up with Nokia to bring TDKR mobile app to its Lumia Smartphone devices. The app would feature the TDKR game '"Claim Gotham City" allowing players to choose sides of Batman or Bane and will claim and defend places through real-life Foursquare check-ins. The users will also receive exclusive content for claiming places for the side they choose.

To complete the full Dark Knight Rises experience, Warner Bros. plans to market the film's upcoming soundtrack by releasing a preview of all 15 tracks online.  The 30 second snippets depict a dark and gloomy tone to Batman's third movie.  Some of the track titles include "Nothing Out There," "Why Do We Fail?," Fear Will Find You," Necessary Evil," Death By Exile," and more.

The movie, "The Dark Knight Rises" which is expected to be an epic conclusion is set eight years after Batman took the fall for Two Face's crimes, a new terrorist leader Bane overwhelms Gotham's finest. The Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that brands him an enemy.

The movie features Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Tom Hardy as Bane, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as James Gordon, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake.

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20 and tickets for the movie are already on sale.
