‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ New Trailer on June 14, Live Interaction with Milla Jovovich

"Resident Evil: Retribution" will release its new trailer on June 14, and fans will have a chance to interact with Milla Jovovich as she participates in a live global streaming on Facebook.

“Fans will be able to attend the event by logging on to https://on.fb.me/MNNgZu and printing out an invitation; admittance will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Fans at home can log on to that same Facebook page to watch the Q&A live; the event is being translated into ten languages worldwide. Fans can also submit their questions online at https://on.fb.me/MNNgZu for a chance to get it answered live by Milla," said the official statement.

After the live streaming is over, the full trailer will be posted on the film's website.

In the film, the Umbrella Corporation's deadly T-virus damages the earth which transforms the world population to legions. Milla Jovovich, who plays the role of Alice, looks for the ones responsible for the outbreak as she travels to Tokyo, New York, Washington, D.C., and Moscow. Alice is supported by newly found allies and friends and she has to fight to survive and escape the hostile world on the brink of oblivion. Protagonist Alice fights with the resistance movement battling against the Umbrella Corporation and the undead.

"Resident Evil: Retribution" is the fifth installment of the popular video game series Resident Evil, which grossed nearly $700 million worldwide. The 3D film has been written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.

The film returns with actors and characters featured in previous series along with new characters from the video game. The movie stars Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine, Johann Urb as Leon S. Kennedy, Oded Fehr as Carlos Olivera and Michelle Rodriguez as Rain Ocampo. Screen Gems will release Resident Evil: Retribution on September 14 with Sony Pictures Releasing International handling the distribution overseas.
