The release of a remastered HD Zone of the Enders became secondary when Hideo Kojima teased a new models based off Orbital Frames from Zone of the Enders.
The event, titled "ZONE OF THE ENDERS HD (After Yes)-NIGHT ~ ReBOOT Preview ~ fastest Universe," previewed features in the game, which will go on sale in Japan on October 25th. The game would ship with Kojima's "Transfarring" ability, which allows players seemless transition between PSP and Playstation 3. Nothing else seemed that important from 4Gamer once Kojima revealed they're working on a new Enders game.
Teasing images of the new Orbital Frame, seemingly based off Anubis according to tweets gathered by Gematsu. The frames and concept art look far more organic than the previous two Enders games, along with Kojima reportedly stating this could be a prequel set in the past. Suddenly it sounds like we're about to enter Neon Genesis Evangelion territory with the evolution of the OFs.
Still, it's not like this will be at e3, as Kojima stressed everything shown were either mock-ups or conceptual art relating to this third Enders game. But for a fanbase as rabid as the Z.O.E. crowd, this is more than enough to keep them satisfied.
