With Samsung Galaxy S3 nearing its launch, SamMobile has come out with a possible leaked image of the much awaited android phone along with more rumors.
"We just got an extremely nice email in our inbox. We just received a couple of details and some good pictures of the Galaxy SIII. The Galaxy SIII is based on Android 4.0.4 out of the box. Another detail is that the GT-I9300 will be the Galaxy SIII," according to the report in SamMobile.
Though from the leaked image, we are not able to determine if it is going to be a final image or a dummy version. There have been rumors going on that Samsung has also sent out dummy cases for internal testing. However, from the look of the image, the android phone looks thinner than Galaxy S2.
"Our tip person told us this phone will be available the week after the release. We are not sure if this is the final design or just a dummy but it looks REAL. The "dummy" is already thinner than the Galaxy SII," SamMobile report said.
The leaked photos also showed two versions of the phone with model number of the GT-i9300 and the GT-i9300T with an android version 4.0.4. The phone will also come with a 12 megapixel camera.
Another leaked image reveals a boot screen that may suggest a dual core processor. Samsung's next Galaxy device has been designed with new energy-efficient chip exceeding 1.4GHz per core with multi-tasking features and powerful performance and efficient energy management technology, Exynos 4 Quad's. The phone is also rumoured to come with features like a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display, 1080p playback, LTE, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, Gyroscope, Barometer, and others.
Reports surfaced last month suggesting that Samsung would unveil its iCloud competitor, dubbed the S-Cloud, during the Galaxy S3 announcement at the May 3 London press event.
The next Samsung Galaxy S3 is expected to be released during a Samsung Unpacked event and is the most talked about Android phones this year which is also likely to give a stiff competition to Apple's iPhone 5.
