In addition to opening up Ishgard and exploring a brand new storyline, the Heavensward expansion will also increase the level cap from 50 to 60, undoubtedly introduce a wealth of new dungeons and regions to quest in; new jobs, a new race (Dragonkin? pure speculation, but wouldn't that be cool?). Also, new primals, at least one of which will be a completely new to the entire FF series creation, gear, recipes and the coolest part?
Airships! Band together with your friends and traveling companions and take to the skies in your very own personal flying machine. Be careful, though, the skies are filled with dragons.
No release date has been announced yet for Heavensward. In fact, there is no concrete release date for Dreams Of Ice, the incoming patch 2.4 for A Realm Reborn. It is due out at the end of the month.
