"Overwatch" is having its first major tournament this year and latest reports suggest a trend with teams. With two healers to support, the teams are said to be running behind three tanks. Among the most common team composition includes D.Va.
"Overwatch" Teams Pick D.Va For Certain Abilities
"Overwatch" teams select D.Va, with 81.1 percent of pick rate, due to her ability of not having to reload an ammo count. Her fusions are reported to fire continuously, and even fire faster in the new patch, although dealing only with less damage.
The Ultimate abilities of D.Va are brought out by taking and dealing damage, which means that the "Overwatch" teams could take advantage of her ultimate ability on one of the fastest rates in Overwatch. In fact, reports indicate that the players who play D.Va almost gained an ultimate a minute, which is the fastest rate among all the qualified heroes. That said, D.Va has the most ultimates used during the Overwatch Winter Premiere with a notable 1,296, making her the only hero that has over 1,000 times used, ESPN reported.
"Overwatch" Xbox, PS4 Cross-Platform Play Is Possible
"Overwatch" is available for PS4, Xbox One and PC,and the developer Blizzard is reportedly considering a cross-platform play for the game. While PC and console cross-platform play very unlikely to happen, given that mixing the mouse, keyboard and controller are expected to cause competitive issues.
Reports, however, claim that Xbox One and PS4 cross-platform gameplay is likely possible in the future. In fact, the official Twitter account of "Overwatch" shared that no cross-platform play is coming, but would consider the cross-platform possibilities on consoles, according to PC Avisor.
