Microsoft is holding the biggest Xbox live sale featuring discounts on Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. This countdown sale will begin on December 22, 2016 and last until January 9, 2017.

According to GameSpot, this year's Microsoft sale is the biggest in the history of Xbox Store. It will offer up 60 percent discounts for 350 deals on Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. It will also feature discounts on non-game things such as movies, TV shows, music and apps. There will also be daily and weekly offers that can be checked online.

Microsoft has not revealed the full list of discounted games yet. However, it has confirmed that some of the 2016 popular games are on sale. It includes "Battlefield 1," "Final Fantasy XV," and "Watch Dogs 2." More than 40 backwards-compatible games will also be marked down during the biggest Xbox live sale.
Microsoft has also released a reveal video for 2016 biggest Xbox live sale. It shows "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," "Dead Rising 4," "Gears of War 4," "NBA 2K17," "Titanfall 2," and "Skyrim: Special Edition."

According to GamesRadar, Microsoft has also announced that it will offer extra discounts for Xbox Live Gold members during the biggest Xbox Live sale. They will get up to 10% discounts for all deals in the Xbox Store. They can play online to their friends, unlock free games every month, and redeem game deals with up to 67% discounts.
To avail greater discounts during the biggest Xbox Live sale, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 owners can upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. They can sign up for Xbox Live Gold membership for the first month for only $1.
