Fifth Harmony is now down to four members. Camilla Cabello has decided to leave the group.
After almost five years in the group, Cabello has quit Fifth Harmony. The remaining members of the group took their confirmation on Twitter on Sunday, Us Weekly reports.
In their post, the remaining Fifth Harmony members revealed that Cabello did not personally tell them about her departure. They only learned the news from her representative. Even so, the four members of the band wished her well.

In addition, the girl group's official Twitter account has already taken out Cabello's ID in its bio. With Cabello's departure from Fifth Harmony, fans were all heartbroken. Meanwhile Cabello denied the stern announcement made by Fifth Harmony. She has recently broken her silence via Instagram on Monday, according to E! Online. In her lengthy post, ex Fifth Harmony member said she has informed the group about her departure. She added she did not intend to leave the group that way. Moreover, she said she was surprised having read the statement released by Fifth Harmony. She also said she will still support the group even if she has already left.

The remaining members of the Fifth Harmony, Brooke, Kordei, Jane and Jauregui, has promised their fans that they will still continue as a group even if Cabello has already left. They added that they will continue with their "solo endeavours" as well.
Meanwhile Cabello is planning to start a solo career. Earlier this year, Cabello has worked with music producer Benny Blanco. Speculations about Fifth Harmony members having conflicts then made rounds after the said collaboration happened.
Fifth Harmony was formed on "The X Factor USA" season 2 in 2012. The group started out with five members namely Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and the now ex member, Cabello.
