Recently, a job posting on LinkedIn, as cited by Digital Trends, revealed some interesting information about Nvidia's GTX 1080 Ti line. In describing the job scope for a "Senior Marketing Manager of GeForce Gamer Loyalty and Advocacy," the company identified what appears to be planned promotional and after-sales programs for consumers.
The company is looking to launch a special pre-launch promo where owners of GTX 980 Ti cards who will upgrade to the GTX 1080 Ti variant can be part of a group to get "first spot in line for 1080 Ti pre-orders." Moreover, Nvidia's "Step Up" promo aims to reward members of the GeForce Experience and GeForce Forum.
Apart from the pre-order perk, Nvidia is also planning to deploy Club GeForce that will reward avid users with special prizes. With a planned three-tier rewards category, club members can get free access to games either on a quarterly or annual basis.
