Colorful might have won the competition for "the longest name for a graphics card" (if there is one). Its new GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card's product name is actually Colorful iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited. This graphics card with a jumbled cocktail of letters and numbers has an RGB LED lighting and a triple-fan cooling system.
iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited Features
The iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited graphics card features improved levels of performance, with Boost Ready one-key overclocking, according to Colorful. However, the company didn't give out any specific details on the gains and functionality.
Colorful's iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited graphics card has the same GP104 Pascal processor as its GTX 1070 variants, with 1,920 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR5 clocked at 8,008MHz on a 256-bit memory bus. Its boost clock is improved up to 1,860MHz and the base clock frequency is 50MHz higher than the Founder's Edition GTX 1070, as reviewed by Tom's Hardware.
The graphics card is fired up by using two 8-pin PCIe connectors that feed an 8+2 phase digital power supply. Considering the iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited's moderate overclock, RGB LED lighting and intense cooling system, there is a need for a second 8-pin connector, unlike the Founder's Edition GTX 1070.
Given it has three 90mm fans, the iGame GTX 1070 X-TOP-8G Advanced Limited appears longer than the usual. The fans remains remain idle under 62C, and its central i-Ring fan features RGB LEDs. On top of the GPU is the illuminated iGame logo, which you can control using Colorful's iGame-Zone software lighting effects.
