However, Sony has been providing its fan base information from time to time with the help of "God of War 4" game director, Cory Balrog. Based from a recent tweet from the game director, it seems that "God of War 4" development is going smoothly.
Cory Balrog's statement about 'God of War 4' development
In "God of War 4" director's own Twitter account, Cory Balrog stated that "God of War 4" will have alternate paths to get the protagonist, Kratos to its destination. This statement has been confirmed by Balrog while responding to a fan in social media.
Meanwhile, "God of War 4" director also responded to another "God of War" fan, who is worried about the game's development. Balrog replied saying that "God of War 4" development is coming along well and the game development is hectic.
From the statement from Cory Balrog himself, it seems that Sony has been busy for the past months to develop "God of War 4." Balrog can surely take all the necessary time to finish "God of War 4" until Sony can confidently release the game in the PlayStation 4 in 2017.
In other news, fans have been wondering how Kratos' son will impact the "God of War 4" storyline and in the long run, will replace Kratos as the main protagonist. Balrog did admit that Kratos' Son is an important addition to "God of War 4" franchise in an interview at LevelUp.
Balrog continued with the statement that fans should not be worried that the Kratos' son will replace the protagonist in "God of War 4" and future games of the franchise. Balrog also confirmed that Kratos will not die in "God of War 4" and his son will not take over as the main protagonist in future development of the game's story.
