Is Clark going to die in "The 100" Season 4?

The show revolves around Clarke (Eliza Taylor) as she leads her people to survive and thrive. It is unlikely that she dies since she is the major character.

However, "The 100" Season 4 trailer teased otherwise. The end of the preview showed Clarke covered with boils. The Grounder leader is unrecognizable behind the large deadly lesions covering her face. The appearance of these boils teased her demise, given what the A.I. ALIE warned about the deadly disease.

The A.I. warned early in the "The 100" Season 4 trailer that these lesions lead to death. Anyone contacted with the disease will ultimately die. The preview showed several dead bodies wrapped in cloth thrown to a hole in the ground. The deadly lesions took away the lives of these former Grounders.

How did Clarke get the disease?

Bellarke had their moment in the preview and several scenes showed them always together. Perhaps this confirms speculations that they could become intimate in the instalment. It would definitely be fan service if Bellarke happens.
