Klaus and the rest of the Mikaelsons are once again running for their lives as the former family and friend, Marcel Gerard stripped them of their power and authority in New Orleans. "The Originals" Season 4 brings back the favorite vampire family with new casts for another exciting storyline, airing early next year.
To recall the events from "The Originals" Season 3, Vincent and Marcel joined forces to bring down the Mikaelsons, resulting to Klaus being stabbed with Papa Tunde's Blade, Elijah being bitten by Marcel's lethal bite. Freya stepped in with her witch power to transport the family into a sleeping spell. Now, the hope of the family lies in Hailey and Hope. "The Originals" Season 4 kicks off with Hope, played by Summer Fontana, after 5 years of hiding and finding cure for Marcel's bite. As reported by Gamenguide, Marcel also wants to secure his leadership in New Orleans, and would do anything to maintain his power and supremacy.
In "The Originals" Season 4, a new cast will also be joining Marcel's vampire group. It is reported by TV Line that "Sleepy Hollow alum, Neil Jackson, will be cast as Alistair. Although there is no revelation yet as to Alistair's role, it is clear that he will be an important character in the upcoming season.

Rumors are rife that Hope and werewolf Keelin will cross paths, forcing Hope to offer Keelin her freedom from the Mikaelsons. It is reported that Keelin may accept Hope's offer or would secure protection from Marcel. "The Originals" Season 4 will have a total confrontation between werewolves, witches, and vampires, and it will not be easy for the Mikaelsons to stay alive.
For now, the production team has yet to comment on this report, but fans will have all the answers when "The Originals" Season 4 comes back next year. Stay tuned for more Gamenguide update.
