Several reports are claiming that the heroes are going to be exploring the outer space in their journey. More good news, the new "Dragon Ball Super" story arc will premiere on February next year.
The new story arc of "Dragon Ball Super" has already been teased in a Japanese magazine source, which has indicated that the new one will be called the space survival arc. It has also been revealed that the arc will debut on February 5 next year.
The official title of the new "Dragon Ball Super" arc is "The Survival of the Universe." With the majority of the main characters heading into outer space, there is a high possibility that the new arc will be focusing mainly on the multiverse tournament between 12 universes. The competition had earlier been suggested by Supreme King Zeno.
The return of Yamcha would also be featured in the new "Dragon Ball Super" arc. His scar would also finally be healed and gone. Yamcha is then set to be one of the main heroes to be heavily highlighted in the upcoming arc.
More good news, Toonami is set to finally air "Dragon Ball Super" next year. Adult Swim will be airing the English-dubbed episodes in the premiere season on January 7. It has also been announced that a new manga novel spinoff based from the original "Dragon Ball Super" manga series would soon be released, and will be featuring Yamcha.
"Dragon Ball Super" had just recently concluded one of its most successful story arcs, with Zamasu and Black Goku merging together, but was eventually defeated by Son Goku, Vegito, Vegeto, and Future Trunks. A more recent arc has plotted the assassination of Son Goku in "Dragon Ball Super." This new arc has the fans worried about the ultimate fate of the hero, but will surely be back for the new space story arc.
