We're in the final stage of DLC packs for all you WWE 2K14 wrasslin' fans. The game already has a roster of WWE ( and F) well knowns, but this month, we're goin' old school with the WWE Legends and Creations Pack.
The pack features two standouts of the early days of the WWF, Bruno Sammartino and "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, pictured above. Sammartino is perhaps best known for being the longest-running champion in the organization's history, keeping the title for over 11 years. Rhodes' glory days came later, feuding with "The Macho Man" Randy Savage in the late 80's, and later, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase and bodyguard Virgil. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame a few years ago, and has since sporadically popped in and out of various other wrestling organizations.
Besides Rhodes and Sammartino, "Ravishing" Rick Rude, Jack "The Snake" Roberts, as well as former manager and pop culture "icon," lonely Virgil are also available with the pack (though Virgil comes free of charge, ironic as this big convention draw surely needs the money). The pack also throws in 15 more custom superstar parts "to utilize for the most creative freedom in WWE Games history."
The pack comes in at $8.99, unless you already have the Season Pass, in which case you get the pack at a discount. Same for all the previously released DLC packs. It also offers exclusive content in the form of branding Scott Hall and Kevin Nash in their "Outsiders" garb.
