Other software giants and prominent tech firms like SAP, Google, Salesforce, Hewlett Packard, Cable Labs and CollabNet supports the employment initiatives for people who have autism. Firms outside of tech also support them like Deloitte, Best Buy, Ford Motor and Willis Towers Watson.
Autism-focused businesses
Social Enterprises are being launched specifically aiming to hire adults within the autism spectrum and improve their strengths. Perhaps, the Rising Tide Car Wash is one of the best known car wash chains emphasizing the attention to loyalty and detail of its employees.
Self-employment and internet-based work
There are many employment opportunities provided for in the internet that are also open for adults with autism. Some of the internet based platforms like the Art of Autism, Picasso Einstein and the Autistic Creatives Collective could showcase their works as artists, musicians, painters, photographers, writers and many more. For the years to come, it expected that these employment approaches will remain and continue.
