Dre is ready to organize the best Christmas for the family as Zoey gets ready to go to college. Dre even invites Johan (Daveed Diggs) and Gigi (Tyra Banks). Elsewhere, Bow babysits the newborn of Gigi and remembers how tough it is to take care of a baby as a mother.
In other "Black-ish" news, The Hollywood Reporter talked to the "Black-ish" star Yara Shahidi and Xavier Burgin about #BlackGirlMagic and Michelle Obama.
Shahidi said that the hashtag celebrates the accomplishments of black women.
"That's what so important about the #BlackGirlMagic hashtag [originated by CaShawn Thompson]. It celebrates black women, whose accomplishments often get overlooked. But it's more than that, it also celebrates our existence and the fact that we still thrive and grow and move forward despite the odds. To me it's about saying, "Hey, little black girl, I see you. Hey, older woman, I see you what you're doing and I appreciate you, because your work or your just living in this world has made it easier for me to live."
She stated the Michelle Obama has impacted culturally and socially in a huge way. Shahidi recounted that Michelle's campaigns like Let Girls Learn to her being on Vogue's cover has been great.
"Black-ish" Season 3, Episode 10 airs Dec. 14 on ABC.
