Microsoft company reportedly revealed new updates this month for Office Insiders on the Windows 10 Insider Program. It has further been noted that the December updates include several new features for One Note and Excel Users as well. In addition Microsoft Surface Pen users may now manipulate objects with the Surface Pen on the Microsoft Excel.
On another note, it has been revealed that Microsoft will reportedly link the pen lasso option to the Surface Pen to make it easier to use the feature. This feature reportedly enables Microsoft Surface pen users to trigger the lasso tool without having to open the ribbon on the app.
Microsoft's December Updates for OneNote and Excel include a new Undo button, Surface Pen support and more. Microsoft is further expected to support multiple Microsoft accounts for each One Note user. Hence, users who opt to use several notebooks on different accounts may view all accounts in the main OneNote app. Note that users no longer need to sign out and reselect a different account.
In addition, a new Undo button for smaller screen devices was included in the Microsoft December update. Additionally, Office Mobile apps now update automatically from Windows Store. Moreover, the Microsoft update may also allow users to open files with form controls and Scenario Manager on the device, MSPoweruser reported.
In other news, iFixit reportedly took the Microsoft Surface Studio, the desktop version of the tablet and gave it a proper teardown. It has been revealed that the device sports a 6th-Generation Intel Core i5 or an i7 CPU. Moreover, the Microsoft device may also come with 16GB or 32GB of RAM with 1TB or 2TB internal storage options.
Microsoft Surface Studio reportedly packs a NVIDIA GeForce GTX965M GPU with 2GB GDDR5. Alternatively, the device may also pack a GTX 980M with 4GB GDDR5. The monitor also features a 28-inch adjustable PixelSense Display with 4,500x3.000 resolution and 10-point multi-touch, according to a report. Watch more about the Office 365 Update here:
