"Supernatural" Season 12 is now on its midseason break after airing its eighth episode. With this, fans have now been anticipating what is next for the Winchester brothers, having already faced the Devil himself. Many sources are saying that Dean and Sam will be involved with secret service agents, with the second half of "Supernatural" Season 12 focusing on the British Men of Letters.
According to a report, fans of "Supernatural" Season 12 may get to see more of Mr. Ketch when the show returns. However, not only will the ominous agent return, but also his colleagues.
Show creator Robert Singer had also revealed in the report that the British Men of Letters would be heavily featured on the second part of "Supernatural" Season 12. Singer then added that the show teased the British Men of Letters in the first half of the season for fans to know their true purpose and the extent of their individual powers.
Another report had emphasized on the role of the agency in the "Supernatural" Season 12 Episode 8 titled "Lotus." In the episode, Lucifer had possessed the President of the United States (POTUS). As the Winchesters attempt to secure the POTUS, Dean and Sam were then arrested by the Secret Service, who was thinking that they were plotting an assassination scheme.
The "Supernatural" Season 12 episode got a bit more complicated when it was revealed that Lucifer had actually implanted a seed into one of the staff members. As the episode concluded, though, the British Men of Letters stepped in and helped POTUS from Lucifer's possession.
The next episode of "Supernatural" Season 12 would be titled "First Blood." The comeback episode will detail the immediate repercussions of everything that the Winchester brothers did toward the end of the midseason finale. Furthermore, Castiel and Mary have also been seen to be arrested by the very same Secret Service agents who also caught Dean and Sam. "Supernatural" Season 12 will be back next year, January 26.
