'Battlefield 1' Latest News & Update: Massive Expansion Adds Brand New Spectator Mode; Latest Update Fixes Numerous Gameplay Issues

DICE has just unleashed a massive update for "Battlefield 1." Aside from introducing a revamped Spectator mode, the update also fixes numerous gameplay bugs that fans have been complaining about.

GameSpot gives players a comprehensive look at the add-ons that come with the "Battlefield 1" update. The problem of getting team kills while in the process of killing an enemy has been resolved. Soldiers will no longer be occasionally killed by wrecked airship parts.

Behemoth

The latest "Battlefield 1" update has also fixed issues with the Behemoth. Fans complained that in some cases when the team is significantly leading, the Behemoth appears out of nowhere. This will no longer be the case in "Battlefield 1."

Grenades

Grenades were also a problem previously on the hit title. DICE confirms that these explosives will work properly in "Battlefield 1" once the player has received the update. Grenades will now start rotating properly when a player throws them out. The explosives will now be canceled by using Reload.

Operations Matchmaking Ruleset

"Battlefield 1" will now help players reduce their chances of entering a certain Operation that will end very soon as DICE has heeded the calls to fix this problem. Some players expressed that they are unhappy about the matchmaking ruleset since they are unsure if they're entering an Operation that has yet to start or will be concluded soon.

Elite Classes

One of the problems that fans noticed while playing the game is Elite Classes who are inside vehicles sometimes experience the same impact that lower-class soldiers take. In the latest "Battlefied 1" update, this will not be a problem at all.

All-New Spectator Mode

The latest "Battlefield 1" update has a revamped Spectator Mode for fans to explore. A player can now be part of a live match, not as a contender, but as an observer if the player prefers to do so. Observers have a lot of things to enjoy in "Battlefield 1."

Camera views can be switched from first-person to third-person views. This means all players on the battlefield can be watched through the amazing Player View mode. A bird's eye view is also available in Table Top mode, while the Free Cam mode will act as a drone flying across various areas. These are just some of the most interesting add-ons that come with the latest "Battlefield 1" update.

"Battlefield 1" was released October 21, 2016, and is playable on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned for more news and updates!
