With confirmation that there will be a "Young Justice" Season 3, fans were finally granted their wish after a 3-year wait. Ever since it was cancelled, fans have been lobbying for Warner Brothers Animation to producer another season. Now that "Young Justice" season 3 is already in production, interest has shifted to what will happen in the coming season.
It can be recalled that "Young Justice" Season 3 was first cancelled back in 2013. In an interview with The Mary Sue, writer and producer Paul Dini revealed that the cancellation was caused by prejudice based on the stereotypes that goes with which gender of young kids buy merchandise. This divulged information caused uproar back then, partly because "Young Justice" was actually delivering solid ratings for Cartoon Network.
"Young Justice" Season 3 will see producers of the original seasons Brandon Vietti and Greg Weisman coming back into the series to make the new episodes. According to IGN, no members of the voice cast have been announced yet. But, it will most likely still feature the original characters like Nightcrawler, Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy and Miss Martian.
