HMD has recently confirmed that the company is set to bring a new generation of Nokia phone to its consumers, with its first smartphone merchandises scheduled to be launched in 2017. The company already has come a long way months after they signed a strategic licensing agreement with Nokia. This gives them an exclusive use of the Nokia Brand on both mobile phone devices and tablets across the world within 10 years. They also have an access to some technology companies such as Nokia, Google, and FIH Mobile Limited, Nokia Power User reported.
Nokia is banking on its brand recognition and strong consumer trust. Hence it is expected that the phone that will be released will be a solid phone. However, with all the innovations that other mobile phone giants are releasing, it will be hard to predict if Nokia will present any new features in the industry.
