After rumors about the cancellation of "Bloodline," many fans are asking what will happen to the Rayburn family. According to reports, Netflix announced that "Bloodline" season 3 will be the last season of the show.
Netflix Vice President Cindy Holland said in an interview that the last season of "Bloodline" will probably air next year. At the same time, they assured the fans that even though they initially plan for the show to run for six seasons, "Bloodline" season 3 will be enjoyable because Todd A. Kessler will be leading the cast.

Even though there is not much talk about what and how the events in "Bloodline" season 3 will come about, it is obvious that Danny Rayburn's (Ben Mendelsohn) murder will be investigated in this season. Following this, his son Nolan, who will be played by Owen Teague, will arrive and will discover that his father has been murdered.
"Bloodline" season 3 will focus on Danny Rayburn's son, who is still unknown to his family and who is more destructive than his father. He will continue to bring trouble to the Rayburn family. Nothing much is known about what Nolan may actually do, except that he would burn his restaurant. The only witness to this event is John's (Kyle Chandler) wife, Diana. Furthermore, John struggles with the guilt of murdering his brother, but he decided to return home.
In "Bloodline" season 3, Nolan (Owen Teague) might be the new lead of the show. It is expected that that show will focus more on the events of the murder of Danny Rayburn and the pain, agony and guilt that will come after it in the Rayburn family. Danny Rayburn will possibly appear in the new season in flashbacks and memories of each member of the family. "Bloodline" season 3 has is expected to hit Netflix during the first part of 2017 and will have 10 episodes.
