Here's something awesome to tide over "The Walking Dead" fans who are waiting for the show to return to AMC next year. Telltale Games has released a new trailer for "Walking Dead: New Frontier" video game that's premiering on December 20.
According to Entertainment Weekly, "Walking Dead: New Frontier" is the third season of the Telltale Games video series, and is named after the New Frontiers, the group likened to the Saviors, headed by Negan in the AMC series. The reason why Telltale Games new season is a major shocker will be unveiled during the game's two-part premiere on December 20.
Gamespot reports that "Ties That Bind Part 1" will kick off the "Walking Dead: New Frontier" two-part premiere on December 20, followed immediately by its second part. The new trailer features a reunion between Javier and Clementine. Fans and gamers will also get to see Jesus in the trailer below.
There's other things to look forward to when "Walking Dead: New Frontier" premieres on December 20. Back in July, Eurogamer reported that the third season will see older characters, specifically a teenage Clementine. She's also now a playable character alongside Javier. What's even more interesting is how their relationship will unfold in the game.
"Walking Dead: New Frontier" was originally set for a November release, but was delayed for December 20. On February 7, a physical copy will go on sale. This will include episode one on-disc, as well as download access to the following for episodes as soon as they are made available. "Walking Dead: New Frontier," which premieres on December 20, is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC, as well as Android and iOS.
