'Quantum Break' & 'Max Payne' Developer Remedy Entertainment Will Share an Update of the Studio Soon, More Detail Here!

The developer behind "Quantum Break," "Alan Wake" and more franchises will be sharing some fresh information on the studio's status in the coming weeks. Thomas Puha, Remedy Entertainment's head of communications said that he's getting ready to write a blog post, which is about the studio's plans.

"I am planning to do a blog post on our site with a short update on both of our projects before the end of the year," he posted on Twitter via Dualshockers. He also added that fans should not expect Remedy Entertainment to reveal formal games not unless it's closer to its release stating that it's just a studio update kind of thing.

According to GameSpot, Remedy Entertainment confirmed in August that it also has a classified project in the works in addition to working with Smilegate, a Korean developer on the campaign for "Crossfire 2." It is said that the game is in the conceptual stage and is also pretty far off.

That being said, a prototype has been released and Remedy Entertainment has been advertising it around to publishers. Recently, the developer has worked with Microsoft on "Quantum Break" and the developer also confirmed in September that it had started creating making multiplayer titles challenging its people to find ways to develop these elements to bring in cooperative multiplayer.

Remedy Entertainment also said that its staff has always been striving to be the best storytellers as much as possible adding that it wants to share and elevate these stories through the players' support. The developer added that a multiplayer experience merged with its rare world-building offers a remarkable environment.

Remedy Entertainment or Remedy was founded in Aug. 31, 1995 by the group Future Crew and headquartered in Espoo, Finland. It is best known for developing "Quantum Break," "Alan Wake," "Max Payne" and more. As of 2016, the developer has a total of 130 employees with Sam Lake as its creative director.
