Avid "Once Upon a Time" viewers may see the potential union between former couple Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire). With a wish-realm version of the deceased Storybrooke character, Regina will take advantage of the situation to pursue her own happy ending with the new Robin Hood.
"Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode 11 will feature Regina and Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) continued adventures in the alternate version of The Enchanted Forest. Known as the wish realm, the said world is inhabited with similar Storybrooke characters living different lives.
Titled "Tougher Than The Rest," the upcoming "Once Upon a Time" midseason 6 premiere will explore Regina and Robin Hood's new chance at love. Episode 11's trailer posted on Comic Book Movie showed a scene where Regina asked the wish realm Robin Hood if he is willing to take the chance to start a new story.
It appears that Regina will be taking the wish-realm Robin Hood with her back to Storybrooke given the said character's response. He replied, "A new story sounds pretty good to me."
However, it is unclear if Regina and Emma will be able to find a way to return to Storybrooke. The wish-realm Rumple (Robert Carlyle) may have given them a magic bean to travel back to their home but the portal closed on the two ladies after Regina was distracted with Robin Hood's arrival as shown in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode 10.
Meanwhile, showrunner Edward Kitsis shared in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Regina will have a difficult challenge ahead of her at wish realm. Given her earlier actions of killing the wish realm Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Charming (Josh Dallas), Regina is considered a criminal and a wanted woman.
Kitsis added that should Regina escape capture and find another way to return to Storybrooke, bringing Robin Hood along with her may pose potential problems in the future. He teased, "It wouldn't be a fun show if there weren't consequences."
