"Goliath" Season 1 has premiered last October 14 through Amazon Prime Video. Since then the series has gained positive cretics in social media and even though the series has not received an official ratings yet, many audiences were requesting for Season 2.
As per Deadline, the story of "Goliath" followed through the scripts penned by David E. Kelley and Jonathan Shapiro. Dwight Yoakam also starred in the series who reprised his role as Wendell Corey and he will also play as the cast opposite to Thornton.
FabNews reported that "Goliath" is composed of eight new episodes and is created by David E. Kelly, producer includes Ross Fineman and Larry Trilling. The series starred William Hurt, Olivia Thirlby, Nina Arianda, Britain Dalton and Sarah Wynter, Maria Bello, Molly Parker and ania Raymonde.

"Goliath" Season 1 centers on the life of a lawyer played by Billy Bob Thornton as Billy McBride who tried to seek revenge from his previous firm which twisted the truth. He's been a lawyer that turns out to be the victim of a firm and decided to fight for death. He also claims that he will counter the wrong decision that his previous firm has granted.

Attorney Billy of "Goliath" Season 1 has been defending his case against the giant mega firm. This case was clearly good vs. evil and this is all about John Grisham. He is going to face his strongest opponent in the court Attorney Cooperman played by Corey who ranked as the eighth on the American Lawyer of 2016. Rotten Tomatoes rated "Goliath" Season 1 a certified fresh at 78 percent. This makes it impossible for Amazon to not renew for Season 2.
