"Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 has finally been confirmed by Madhouse Inc. In line with this, details about the episode premiere and the leaked trailer clip of the upcoming season has been released.
According to reports, "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will air during the winter anime season this year. Madhouse will take over the anime adaptation series from Studio Pierrot. Madhouse is known for its works such as "Death Note" and "One Punch Man" to name a few.
Reports have noted that the first episode of "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will start with Touka Kirishima having a monologue as she picks among Kamii University, Duke University and To-Oh University for college.In "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3, Touka will finally get the spotlight she didn't have in the previous season. This will show her plight and descent into college application madness.On the other hand, Kaneki who is suffering from amnesia will eventually recall his past and remember his true identity as Haise Sasaki. Haise will then lead a group called the Quinx Squad. This squad can copy the extraordinary powers and abilities of the ghouls.Add to that, Kaneki will eventually transform in a full Kakuja.
The anime writers stated that the 3rd season of "Tokyo Ghoul" will probably be the most disillusioning, evil, and psychological plotline they have ever attempted to adapt."Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will follow the storyline to where it is based from. The show's sophomore season was notably known to have diverted from the manga.
