The new episode will celebrate Amy's birthday and it is that time of the year when Amy and Sheldon will have the birthday sex. The promo for "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, Episode 11 shows Amy going in for the Harry Potter Roleplay sex for the special night.

The promo starts with Sheldon shocking Amy with party whistle and next we know; they are making out. Time for the magical night.
"I thought I would let Harry Potter makes things hotter," Amy says to Sheldon. And Sheldon is excited. Meanwhile, Bernadette is expecting her baby to come anytime now and she is seen with Howard in the hospital. Leonard and Penny announce that Bernadette's water just broke disturbing Amy and Sheldon's moment. Leonard and Penny rush to the hospital. Amy is furious and yells at Raj, Penny and Leonard.

According to Wikia, Sheldon wakes up her girlfriend after midnight to wish her and he gifts her the birthday present. It is a framed MRI scan of his brain. He tells Amy that he was thinking about her during the scan and the bright spot in the scan is the proof.
Amy reminds Sheldon that they will have their annual sex during the evening.
During the episode, Amy and Sheldon are disturbed while they try to have sex. Later, Amy, Leonard, Sheldon, Penny and Raj talk about the interruptions of their coitus session.
Towards the end of the episode, Amy and Sheldon will have sex.
