As reported by Den Of Geek, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" casts includes Ali Larter as Claire Redfield, Shawn Roberts, Ruby Rose as Abigail, Eoin Macken, William Levy Christian as Michael and Fraser James. Alice will find company with her old friends in her battle as well as someone who was likely to fail.
