A fresh, limited-time trade-in promotion courtesy of GameStop has been announced where customers can get $50 extra when they trade in their console or different piece of technology. The campaign called Fund Your Holiday started Dec. 7, which runs until Dec.9.
GameStop's fine print shows that the trade-in item should be in full working condition to get the $50 given through a gift card. According to GameSpot, this deal cannot be stacked with any others.
The eligible products that can be trade-in are Xbox One, PS4, PlayStation VR, Wii U 32 GB, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad Mini 2, 3 and 4, iPad 4, iPad Pro, Galaxy S5, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S7. The normal trade value of Xbox One and PlayStation 4 is $125 combined with the $50 extra and that would be $175 in all. On the other hand, the PlayStation 4 Slim will be trimmed down to $250 starting Dec. 11 in the United States. With this, Microsoft might also follow the price drop with the Xbox One.
