Beloved characters of the Fox TV series "Lucifer" will be faced with several challenges and mysteries in the second half of Season 2. Latest spoiler news hint of the introduction of Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and Amenadiel's (D. B. Woodside) father, while Chloe's (Lauren German) life will again be threatened.
The bottom half of "Lucifer" Season 2 is set to unveil exciting details about Chloe mysterious effect on the fallen angel. Lucifer and Amenadiel's life on earth may potentially change given the introduction of a new character.
Casting news uncovered by TVLine revealed the Fox production's search for an actor to play a psychiatric patient. Believing that he is creator of all living things, the said patient will insist that he is God.
Lucifer will learn of the said patient's case and will seek out the man to prove that he who he claims to be. Dubbed as "God Johnson," the mysterious man will possess information that only Lucifer and Amenadiel's father would know.
The said patient's innate knowledge of certain things will confuse the fallen angel and his brother. At this point, it is unclear if the two angels' divine father may have manifested himself through the said patient to give Lucifer, Amenadiel and Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) a message.
Meanwhile, "Lucifer" Season 2 episode 10 that aired on Nov. 28, Monday, showed the growing romance between Lucifer and Chloe. With the revelation of the detective's miracle birth, it appears that Chloe is a part of God's long-standing plan for Lucifer.
In the upcoming midseason 2 premiere of the Fox TV series, Charlotte will try to push Chloe closer to her son. Titled "Stewardess Interruptus," the upcoming "Lucifer" Season 2 episode 11 will feature a revealing conversation between Lucifer's mother and the detective, according to the teaser clip posted on Spoilers Guide.
Apart from Charlotte trying to play Cupid, Chloe appears to be sick since a scene showed the detective with her nose bleeding profusely. Moreover, Chloe's health may be comprised since the bleeding will not stop. After telling Lucifer about the situation, the fallen angel looks alarmed with the detective's mysterious condition.
