It is a battle between superheroes and Knights when "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 returns from its midseason finale. The Legends travel back to the medieval period in Episode 12, "Camelot 3000,"where they encounter King Arthur and his knights. Based on Nick Zano's photo, the fight might not go so well.
Nick Zano, who plays Nate Haywood aka Citizen Steel, took to his Instagram to share his photo on the set of "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 12. The image shows him with co-star Brandon Routh, who plays Ray Palmer aka Atom. The photo shows the two Legends surrounded by several savage looking men. Atom is dressed in a suit and armor while Citizen Steel is dressed as a commoner.
Zano capationed the shot, "Snow, rain, mud and stunts." It is unclear what happens in this scene. Perhaps the actors were just playing around on the set. Behind them stood other men dressed as knights. Perhaps they are part of King Arthur's Knights of the Round Table.

According to Comicbook, "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 12 may have references to DC Comics, "Camelot 3000." In this story, King Arthur and his knights are reincarnated, but they live in the year 3000 AD. King Arthur and his knights live in a post-apocalyptic world, although the villain Morgan Le Fay is still very much alive.
It is unclear if "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 12 will follow the events in the comics. It is still unknown whether the episode will reflect the comic book. However, the appearance of those men surrounding Citizen Steel and Atom, clearly seems to depict those living in a post-apocalyptic world.
Regardless, details about "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 12 remains scarce. The CW has yet to announce a release date for "Camelot 3000." Meanwhile, fans can stay tuned for the midseason finale titled "Chicago Way" on Tuesday.
