In the midseason finale of "The Flash" Season 3, Savitar gave a grim prophecy. He said that someone will die and Barry saw Savitar kill Iris in the future, although it is likely that Joe West dies instead. Savitar also said that someone from the team will betray and this could likely be Cisco.
"The Flash" Season 3 Episode 9, "The Present," saw Barry Allen accidentally travel to the future, where he saw his future self, unable to help Iris West. He saw Savitar stab Iris on the chest and the future Barry appeared powerless to stop the God of Speed.
Naturally, Iris' death bothered Barry, even though Jay Garrick assured him that it might not happen at all. The future has not been written yet, so the speedster need not worry too much. Regardless, Barry decided to rent an apartment for him and Iris in the midseason finale of "The Flash" Season 3, since he wants to spend more time with Iris as much as possible.
However, it is unlikely that Iris will die in the second half of "The Flash" Season 3. It would be too obvious already, since the midseason finale already revealed that. According to Screener TV, it could be Joe who will die instead. He could sacrifice his life to save his children, which means Iris survives.
Fans have grown to love Joe as the ultimate father figure and great cop. His loss would greatly affect everyone on Team Flash and even the viewers. If Joe dies then he would be second to Eddie who will sacrifice his life to save Team Flash.
Meanwhile, Savitar also said that someone will betray the team. The obvious one would be Killer Frost. However, the midseason finale of "The Flash" Season 3 hinted that it could be Cisco instead. Cisco may have patched things up with Barry but the loss of his brother still haunts him. He was even lured to open the box containing the Philosopher's Stone just so he can be with Dante. It shows that he can easily be manipulated to do evil things for the sake of family. That vision he had of Vibe and Killer Frost fighting could be a premonition to his betrayal.
