360-degree cameras are still somewhat a novelty to look forward to. 360-degree cameras are offered with a decent quality for around $360 or so. Hence, many gadget lovers would be happier to have a 360-degree camera on their smartphone.
Because of this a new device is expected to be launched. This is Insta360 Air. It is a clip-on 360 degree video camera. It is a small-shaped ball-like video camera. It has a live streaming capability that will cost at around $99 in pre-order, or $119 when it would be available in its post-crowdfunding campaign.

Moreover the Insta360 Air is much more like the existing Insta360 Nano. It has nearly the same optics, and captures impressive quality photos and videos using its two fisheye lenses and built-in automatic image stitching.
According to Tech Crunch, the device is for persons or users who primarily plan to use it in tandem with a phone. Also, "the camera captures images in 3K resolution (depending on your smartphone's capabilities) and 2K video, and video is also software stabilized so that when you're streaming handheld the picture doesn't induce nausea in your viewers."
In fact Tech Plz said in its report that "ShenzenArashi Vision, the creators of the original Insta360 Nano, assures consumers that the new Insta360 Air for Android will have equal to better performance from the previous iteration of the device."What's even more exciting about this camera is that it is not only handy but also it will have a feature that works both with micro USB and Type C connectors.
Hence it only suggests that the camera will be more compatible with a range of devices too. Insta360 Air is expected to be released within this year and be shipped in March 2017. Indeed, more people will be excited this year.
