Some fans further speculate that this certain storyline may finally pave the way for Queen Elsa to focus on her romantic life. Her parents' return could mean that her load in ruling Arendelle will be lessened and she can finally start looking after herself and her heart.
In "Frozen," it was only Princess Anna who found love. Many fans believe that Elsa will also fall in love in the sequel. Earlier "Frozen 2" spoilers pointed out that the upcoming installment will most likely focus on Queen Elsa finding someone who will love her and accept that she's not like the other normal ladies in town.

I say that confidently just because I've been in the ones before and they are committed to continuing that tradition, which considering how many movies they put out... I'm gonna run out of voices at some point! But I haven't run out yet, so let's do it."
Other "Frozen 2" spoilers suggest that Alan Tudyk may play the role of the King of Arendelle, instead of his first role, the Duke of Weselton. The voice actor's statements have led fans to believe that he will take on a new character. Whether Tudyk returns to play Elsa and Anna's father or a whole new character, fans are excited to have him back.
