"NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8 will be taking a long break. According to Blasting News, the Shane Brennan-created TV series which was scheduled to air last Sunday, November 27, 2016, is postponed to air after three weeks, December 8, 2016.This is because CBS Television Network decided to release their Christmas episodes days before December 25 and not before a week or two.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 11, Spoilers Guide notes, "Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) partners with Anastasia 'Anna' Kolcheck (Bar Paly) and NCIS Special Agent G. Callen with Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) as the team investigates the disappearance of a Navy Lieutenant Commander who is working with the NSA (National Security Agency) on foreign cyber threats. Also, the team celebrates the holidays together. "
