The routine requires a warm-up, which could simply be jogging in place for at least 30 seconds or performing a set of lunges. Rebel Wilson's workout would require the "Pitch Perfect 3" star to perform as many reps as possible within 45 seconds before resting for 15 minutes then resuming again. The exercises included jumping jacks, squats, push-ups and butt kicks.
