Damian Hurley, Elizabeth Hurley's son, will have his acting debut on "The Royals" Season 3. The Christmas episode will also feature Cyrus (Jake Maskall), who will be extra mean to Liam (William Mosley).
Damian as the Obnoxious German Prince on 'The Royals' Season 3
E! News revealed that Damian Hurley, 14, will take on the role of a spoiled German prince turned reality star. Damian shared how he stayed behind the scenes of "The Royals" to observe in the past two years. He shared that it was really good to be finally in front of the camera and he loved the experience.
As for Elizabeth, who plays Queen Helena in "The Royals," she said that it has been interesting since his son was always on the set. Damian was also available, running lines with actors and assisting. Other cast members of "The Royals" always told Damian that he will be part of the show one day, and the time finally came for the writers to include the teenager.
Elizabeth also said that she initially thought how Damian's part was challenging because of the foreign accent. She explained how Damian was a good boy in real life, but had to play the part of an outrageously obnoxious and rude prince to everyone. It was thrilling for her to see her son step up for the role.
'The Royals' Season 3: The Wicked Cyrus
TVLine stated that more of Cyrus will be shown in the Christmas episode and third season of "The Royals." Maskall shared that Cyrus wanted the throne so much but never thought it would actually happen.
He has become the most powerful person in the country and have nothing else to live for except the crown, making him somewhat fearless. In "The Royals" Season 3, Cyrus will be bullying Liam a lot because of the possibility that the latter may take the throne.
During Christmas in "The Royals" Season 3, everyone will be gathering at the palace, with Cyrus being too hard on Liam. Liam will resort to an underground fight club to deal with his frustration.
Robert will also return in "The Royals" after it was revealed that he is alive. Cyrus will be too keen to see Robert again, since it could ruin his plan to retain the throne. Cyrus, however, always had a soft spot for Robert. "The Royals" Season 3 recently launched on E!
