Some fans of "Poldark" may have just watched the end of the show's second season, but they would be glad to know that there is already some news on what will happen to "Poldark" Season 3. It seems that a new cast member is joining Ross Poldark (Aiden Turner) and the rest of the cast in season 3.
One of the things that will happen in "Poldark" Season 3 is that Elizabeth Warleggan (Heida Reed) will be pregnant, but it won't come as much as a surprise that the child might belong to Poldark and not George Warleggan (Jack Farthing), her husband. The much-debated encounter between the two, which the producers and writers insist is actually consensual, might have resorted to a child. The question is how will this affect the dynamic between George and Ross in "Poldark" season 3?
If George finds out what Ross did Elizabeth in season 2, then "Poldark" Season 3 will feature a deeper conflict between the two who are already sworn enemies. Though George has a reason to go after Ross, the titular character who is not apologetic about what happened will not take it standing down. Fans should expect a more dramatic relationship between the two in the third season of "Poldark."
In other news, some of the new characters joining "Poldark" Season 3 are a sex-crazed vicar, a Mr. Osborne Whitworth, who is to be played by Christian Brassington, and a womanizer who Ross knew in his youth, to be played by actor Sean Gilder. Also making an appearance, according to reports, in "Poldark" season 3 are Demelza's brother Drake (Harry Richardson) and Sam (Tom York).
"Poldark" Season 3 is expected to return by Spring of 2017. What do you think will happen to the main characters, particularly the marriage of Ross and Demelza, especially when news of Elizabeth's pregnancy comes out? Share your thoughts and comments below.
