The series is confirmed to be back for season 5 and will pick where season 4 left. Sarah is speculated to die on the upcoming episodes as well.

Fox Co-Chairman and CEO Dana Walden just confirmed as per Mobile N Apps that Lincoln Burrows' Dominic will back together with Miller though his character won't be considered as a good man. Walden added that the confirmed release date of "Prison Break" Season 5 will be this year and the series will be composed of 10 episodes, though there will be chances that the title of the series will be changed as well into "Heroes: Reborn."
