Bianca Bonnie, back as a cast member of “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 7 Episode 2 for the second season is working on a new single as part of her musical career move. Yandy, the new manager of Bianca, introduces her to DJ Drewski, an up-and-coming disc jockey on Hotel 97 radio station in New York City.
However, it turns out introductions by Yandy in “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 7 Episode 2, titled “Strawberries,” are unnecessary because Bianca and DJ Drewski know each other. Actually, both more than knew each other but appear to have a past, according to xxlmag.
Fling Is In The Air
Now that they are moving again in the same circle, a hint of fling is in the air for two of the characters in “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 7 Episode 2. It made giving DJ Drewski’s mobile phone number to Bianca unnecessary. However, tensions immediately was felt when the DJ admits to Bianca his assistant, Sky, is also his girlfriend who says she would, from now on, check the singer’s music.
Bianca plans to steal DJ Drewski from Sky and tells her plan to friend Cardi B. She was not surprised by Bianca’s plan since “It’s the Harlem thing to do,” according to Refinery 29 recap of “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 7 Episode 2.
Cardi Flirts
The flirting is not just limited to Bianca because Cardi, who was bullied in “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 6, because of her teeth, is seen being kissed by Swift, her producer, during a studio session. Cardi actually has a boyfriend, Tommy, who is in jail.
Meanwhile, still on “Love & Hip Hop New York” Season 7 Episode 2, Papoose is ready to sign new artists who turn out to be his two teenage kids. It does not sit well with his wife Remy Ma, a rapper, who asks the two to show her a sample of their singing. The two sang, but at the same time included a few “F” words in their lyrics which worries Remy Ma who still plans on grounding her aspiring artist-kids even if they would became famous singers.
