iPhone 8, Apple's next year's release may seem to be more special than was launched in 2016. That said, the fans are now excited for the tech giant's plan for the anticipated best iPhone ever, considering that iPhone will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year.
The iPhone 8 may come with an all-glass body feature, with an edge to edge display. This could mean that the mobile may likely drop the home button, while its touch ID is believed to be embedded within the OLED display, along with the front camera. Based on reports, the lack of home button is part of the advancement since 3D touch was introduced.
iPhone 8 is also rumored to have a faster processor, with A11 processor to power the smartphone, including a wireless charging feature. In addition, the next generation of iPhone may also come in three variants: one as an OLED model with a dual curve display, and two as standard iPhones with a flat display.
The new iPhone 8 is expected to hit the stores in September 2017, as Apple has been known for launching its iPhones during that month. However, other reports claim that this may also change, given the fact that 2017 is a special year for the company since they will be celebrating the 10th year anniversary of iPhone, according to report.
Meanwhile, Samsung is being rumored to be the sole OLED supplier of Apple next year, however, the Korean tech giant will not be able to meet the demand for its own phones and customers. Apple's regular manufacturer Foxconn is believed to be working on developing the glass casing technology, which aims to secure the 2017 orders.
iPhone 8 rumors are also suggesting that Apple plans to have the phone's screen bent on its two sides. With that, the next generation iPhone appears to have almost the same screen features with rival Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and Note 7, although not entirely curved, PC Advisor reported.
