According to Forbes, the latest news from China regarding the Samsung Galaxy S8 suggest that the South Korean tech giant is gearing up for a grand launch next year. The smartphone will allegedly sport a massive storage of up to 256GB and an improved RAM of 6GB. The outlet says questions may rise about Samsung's decision to stick with 6GB of RAM instead of 8GB. However, the 6GB choice will work better in terms of neutralizing the tasks that could cause the device to heat up.
The predecessor of the Samsung Galaxy S8 only featured 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. This makes the upcoming flagship one, giant step ahead. Potential buyers may also be drawn to the substantial storage features that the smartphone will offer.
Meanwhile, there are also reports suggesting that the upcoming smartphone will come with a fingerprint sensor that features an "ultrasonic" system. This means that the Samsung Galaxy S8 no longer needs a separate sensor to detect fingerprints. The fingerprints will be detected through glass.
